Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the green cabbage into six ¾-inch thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cabbage rounds on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  4. While the cabbage is roasting, shred the Dubliner cheese and slice the corned beef into manageable pieces.
  5. Once roasted, spread a teaspoon of whole grain mustard on each cabbage round, layer with corned beef, then sprinkle with shredded Dubliner cheese.
  6. Return the assembled pizzas to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped scallions, serve warm and enjoy!
