Step-by-Step Instructions for Jerk Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cinnamon, cumin, garlic powder, ground ginger, allspice, onion powder, sea salt, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and drizzle lemon juice over them. Sprinkle the jerk seasoning mix evenly on top.
  4. Bake the jerk salmon in the oven for 12 minutes until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Switch the oven to broil and broil the jerk salmon for an additional 3 minutes for a crispy finish.
