  4. Heat bacon grease or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté fresh spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled bacon, sautéed spinach, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
