  • 2 cups Water for brewing tea
For the Mango Puree
  • 1 cup Ripe Mango diced or substitute with frozen mango cubes
  • 2 cups Water for boiling
For Sweetening
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey adjust based on personal preference
To Serve

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Tea: Boil 2 cups of water, add tea bags or loose-leaf tea and steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour into a pitcher.
  2. Prepare the Mango Puree: In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water with diced mango. Simmer for 10 minutes mashing gently for a smooth puree.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Strain the mango puree into the pitcher of brewed tea, press down to extract juice.
  4. Sweeten and Chill: Add honey to the mixture, stir until dissolved, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Fill glasses with ice, pour Mango Iced Tea over ice, garnish with mango slices or fresh mint.
