  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat for best results
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Slice cooked chicken into strips. Spread tzatziki on warm pita bread, layer with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Roll tightly.
  5. Serve immediately with extra tzatziki if desired.
