Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring even cooking.

  3. In the same skillet, add the orzo pasta and toast for about 1 minute before adding 4 cups of water or broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
