  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whipped
  • 1 cup Rhubarb, cooked and chopped

Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well combined. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.

  3. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly.
