  • 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin recommended
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
For Optional Spice

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the fresh broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Spread the broccoli mixture onto the sheet pan in a single layer.
  3. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast the broccoli for about 10 minutes.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C). In a large bowl, combine the roasted broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, remaining olive oil, and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture back onto the sheet pan and bake for another 12-15 minutes at 450°F until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining parmesan cheese before serving.
