Directions
- In a high-powered blender, combine 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, the juice of half a lemon, and 0.5 cup of powdered sugar. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Check the consistency of your Strawberry Dole Whip. If it’s too thick, add an additional 0.25 cup of pineapple juice or coconut milk, and blend again for 30 seconds.
- Once blended, taste your Strawberry Dole Whip and adjust sweetness if needed. If you’d like it sweeter, add another tablespoon of powdered sugar and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
- Serve the Strawberry Dole Whip immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 20-30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
- Before serving, top your Strawberry Dole Whip with optional garnishes like fresh strawberry slices, a mint sprig, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes
For best results, use frozen strawberries and a high-powered blender to achieve a smooth consistency. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 day or frozen for longer storage.
