Ingredients

For the Base
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries For best texture, freeze fresh strawberries beforehand.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice Can use orange juice for a twist.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Substitute with your favorite plant-based milk.
  • 0.5 cups Lemon Juice Juice of half a lemon.
For Sweetness
  • 0.5 cups Powdered Sugar Can replace with honey or maple syrup.
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh Strawberry Slices For garnish.
  • Mint Sprig For garnish.
  • Honey Drizzle For garnish.

Equipment

  • High-powered blender

Method

Directions
  1. In a high-powered blender, combine 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, the juice of half a lemon, and 0.5 cup of powdered sugar. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Check the consistency of your Strawberry Dole Whip. If it’s too thick, add an additional 0.25 cup of pineapple juice or coconut milk, and blend again for 30 seconds.
  3. Once blended, taste your Strawberry Dole Whip and adjust sweetness if needed. If you’d like it sweeter, add another tablespoon of powdered sugar and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
  4. Serve the Strawberry Dole Whip immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 20-30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
  5. Before serving, top your Strawberry Dole Whip with optional garnishes like fresh strawberry slices, a mint sprig, or a drizzle of honey.
