  1. In a small bowl, combine finely grated garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt to create garlic oil. Set aside while preheating the oven.
  2. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  3. Roll out the fresh pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12-14 inches in diameter, ensuring even thickness.
  4. Coat the rolled-out dough with garlic oil using a pastry brush and add slices of mozzarella cheese.
