- Start by draining the canned tuna thoroughly and placing it in a medium bowl. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, followed by cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a fork to mix the ingredients well until the tuna is fully coated in the spices.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Once ready, reduce the heat to low and add the seasoned tuna mixture into the pan. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the tuna becomes heated through and crispy bits develop.
