Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Place large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice water bath for about 5–10 minutes to cool completely.
  3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise, removing the yolks and placing them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, olive brine, garlic powder, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in finely chopped green olives and fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  7. Top each deviled egg with a slice of green olive and a sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes before serving.
