For the Topping
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 4 slices Pita bread Can be replaced with gluten-free bread.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (dill, basil, parsley, or chives) For garnish.
  • 1 lemon Fresh lemon Optional for extra brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, and spices for 30 minutes.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
