Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Wash 2 cups of fresh strawberries, slice them, and arrange them evenly in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Mix until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries in the baking dish.
- Crush about 1.5 cups of graham crackers and mix with 0.5 cups of melted butter until combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let cool at room temperature and consider chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Optionally decorate with Easter sprinkles or fresh strawberry slices before serving.
