Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Wash 2 cups of fresh strawberries, slice them, and arrange them evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries in the baking dish.
  5. Crush about 1.5 cups of graham crackers and mix with 0.5 cups of melted butter until combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let cool at room temperature and consider chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
