  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika For sprinkling on top.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnish.
For the Hollandaise Sauce
  • 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce Use high-quality store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon evenly at the bottom of the dish. Then scatter half of the English muffin pieces over the bacon. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined and frothy.
  4. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are set and the surface is golden.
  6. While cooling, heat the hollandaise sauce and drizzle it over the casserole before serving. Garnish with parsley.
