Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon evenly at the bottom of the dish. Then scatter half of the English muffin pieces over the bacon. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined and frothy.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are set and the surface is golden.
- While cooling, heat the hollandaise sauce and drizzle it over the casserole before serving. Garnish with parsley.
