Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the blended oat flour, cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, baking powder, and sea salt into the blender. Blend on high until smooth and aerated.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
