- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a high-speed blender, combine old-fashioned rolled oats and blend until a fine flour consistency is achieved.
- Add the blended oat flour, cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, baking powder, and sea salt into the blender. Blend on high until smooth and aerated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
