Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat, then add the pound of ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the browned beef and pour in a splash of water. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium-low.
- Chop 4 cups of green cabbage, dice 1 cup of tomatoes, rinse and drain 1 cup of black beans and 1 cup of sweet corn. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, layer cabbage, seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Gently toss together.
- Add Fritos corn chips on top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese. Allows flavors and textures to combine.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the assembled dish right before serving. Toss lightly if desired.

Notes
For best results, add Fritos right before serving to maintain crunch. Customize with additional toppings as desired.
