For Dipping
  • 1 cup Chocolate Optional, melt before dipping.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • silicone molds or baking sheet

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and ½ cup of peanut butter, stirring vigorously until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you like it sweeter, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey and continue to blend until fully incorporated.
  2. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into bite-sized shapes and place them into silicone molds or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Transfer your molds or baking sheet to the freezer and let the bites chill for approximately 1-2 hours, or until they are firm to the touch.
  4. Once firmly frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds or peel them away from the parchment. If desired, dip them in melted chocolate.
