- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and ½ cup of peanut butter, stirring vigorously until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you like it sweeter, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey and continue to blend until fully incorporated.
- Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into bite-sized shapes and place them into silicone molds or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Transfer your molds or baking sheet to the freezer and let the bites chill for approximately 1-2 hours, or until they are firm to the touch.
- Once firmly frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds or peel them away from the parchment. If desired, dip them in melted chocolate.
