- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture onto the tray, aiming for 6 bites.
- Place the tray in the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for about 10-20 minutes until firm.
- While the bites are freezing, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until glossy.
- Once the yogurt bites are firm, dip each into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are well coated.
