Shell Preparation

Cheesecake Filling Preparation
  1. While the shells chill, beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
Incorporating Whipped Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture using a spatula.
Assembling Tacos
