Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of white chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until everything is fully melted and smoothly blended.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ cup of cotton candy flavoring syrup until well combined.
  3. Next, add drops of blue and pink gel food coloring to your mixture, adjusting as needed until you achieve your desired vibrant hues.
  4. Carefully transfer the colorful fudge mixture into a greased or lined 8x8 inch baking pan. Smooth the top until it’s flat.
  5. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before refrigerating. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once set, remove the fudge from the refrigerator and lift it out of the pan. Slice it into squares, approximately 1 inch each.
