Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of white chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until everything is fully melted and smoothly blended.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ cup of cotton candy flavoring syrup until well combined.
- Next, add drops of blue and pink gel food coloring to your mixture, adjusting as needed until you achieve your desired vibrant hues.
- Carefully transfer the colorful fudge mixture into a greased or lined 8x8 inch baking pan. Smooth the top until it’s flat.
- Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before refrigerating. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, remove the fudge from the refrigerator and lift it out of the pan. Slice it into squares, approximately 1 inch each.
