  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with a paper towel. Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and squeeze the lemon juice.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Season both sides of the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Once garlic is aromatic, stir in fresh chopped parsley and lemon juice. Allow the sauce to bubble gently for another 30 seconds.
  5. Place the rested tuna steaks on serving plates and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top.
