- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- While the pasta cooks, season your chicken bites with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant, then remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt an additional 2 tablespoons of butter, then add sautéed garlic. Fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in Parmesan until melted and smooth, using pasta water to adjust consistency as needed.
