Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the lobster tails if frozen and prepare them by cutting along the underside and pulling the meat out slightly.
  2. Season the lobster meat with kosher salt and black pepper evenly on all surfaces.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Place the seasoned lobster tails in the skillet and baste continuously with the garlic butter for 4-6 minutes per side.
