  1. Begin by washing the zucchini under cold water, then slice it into thick rounds or half-moons about ¾ inch thick for even grilling. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and simmer gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sliced zucchini in the bowl. Pour in the prepared garlic butter, adding salt and pepper. Toss until all pieces are coated.
  4. Take soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers and thread the seasoned zucchini pieces onto them, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Place the zucchini skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender with grill marks.
  7. Remove skewers from grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Enjoy your Garlic Butter Zucchini Skewers!
