  • 1 pound Ground Beef or ground turkey or chicken
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese can use Monterey Jack or mozzarella
For the Pastry
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough avoid puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for brushing
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic use less for milder taste
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center, leaving space to fold.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  9. Cool for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
