- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
- Reduce heat to low, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center, leaving space to fold.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over each bomb.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Cool for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
