Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by combining with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter and adding garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then mix in parsley and Parmesan.
  3. Skewer the chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, leaving space between for air circulation.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and oil the grates.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly and basting with garlic butter sauce until chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm drizzled with extra sauce.
