  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of melted unsalted butter with 1 ½ cups of light brown sugar. Stir until smooth, then add 2 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of molasses, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until thick and creamy.
