Step-by-Step Instructions for Gluten-Free Banana Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine mashed bananas with 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until well-blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of almond flour, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
