Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped shrimp, chopped chives, and spices. Mix until creamy.
  4. Spoon the shrimp mixture into each hollowed bread half, packing it in lightly.
  5. Place filled bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Switch oven to broil and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
