  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with Gouda or Fontina
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Reserve some for topping
For Seasoning and Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Roast for 40-50 minutes until soft.
  2. Once the garlic is cool, squeeze cloves into a bowl and mash into a paste. Add cream cheese and sour cream; mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread mixture in a baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let dip cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with crostini or crackers.
