Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Fold in the cooled onion and garlic.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into the loaf pan and shape into a smooth loaf.
  5. Whisk together glaze ingredients and spoon over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, brush with additional glaze, and bake for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
