Preparation Steps

  2. Wash and chop bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and mushrooms into uniform pieces.
  3. Pour the prepared marinade over the chopped veggies and toss to coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  5. Place the marinated veggies on the grill grate and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from the grill and let cool for a minute before serving.
