Ingredients

For the Bowls
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Main protein source; substitute with ground chicken or tofu for different flavors.
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice Preferred, but quinoa works great if looking for a twist.
  • 1 cup Cabbage Adds a crunchy texture; shredded carrots or snap peas can be perfect alternatives.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Provides freshness; you can also use diced bell peppers for added color.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Offers volume and crispness; arugula can give it a lovely peppery touch.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Forms the creaminess of the sauce; opt for Greek yogurt if going lighter.
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adds a touch of sweetness that balances the heat beautifully.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Infuses heat; feel free to adjust according to your spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Sweetens the sauce; agave syrup is a good substitute if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or Lime Juice Brings acidity to the sauce, enhancing the overall flavor depth.
For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Used for sautéing the turkey; avocado oil has a higher smoke point if preferred.
