Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
  2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and dip each half into the custard mixture for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (approximately 350°F) and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Place soaked roll halves in the skillet, cut side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked Hawaiian Roll French Toast to plates, and serve warm with maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
