- Prepare the Marinade by whisking together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes in a medium bowl.
- Marinate the Chicken by placing chicken thighs in a large resealable bag and pouring half of the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Cook the Chicken on a preheated grill or skillet until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side on the grill or 6-8 minutes in the skillet.
- Make the Sauce by boiling the reserved marinade in a saucepan, then simmer to thicken. If desired, add a cornstarch slurry.
- Serve and Garnish by slicing the chicken, drenching it in sauce, and garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
