- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the King Hawaiian rolls and gently flatten them using your palm.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the center of each roll with the cream cheese filling without overflowing.
- Place the filled rolls on the baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Top with fresh fruits of your choice.
- For the optional glaze, mix sugar and water over low heat until combined. Drizzle over the fruits if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
