  • 2 large Eggs No direct substitute recommended
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Fruits (e.g., berries, pineapple) Fresh can replace canned for a vibrant topping

  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the King Hawaiian rolls and gently flatten them using your palm.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated.
  3. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the center of each roll with the cream cheese filling without overflowing.
  4. Place the filled rolls on the baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Top with fresh fruits of your choice.
  6. For the optional glaze, mix sugar and water over low heat until combined. Drizzle over the fruits if desired.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
