Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle the sugar. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, add heavy cream and mix thoroughly, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the remaining butter until melted and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
