For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Swap in sharp Cheddar for a zesty twist.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Optional for those who prefer a milder taste.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet into a rectangular shape about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Melt approximately 2 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe bowl, mix in crushed garlic, and brush over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the dough, followed by grated Parmesan cheese and optional dried oregano.
  5. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into 16 rectangular strips.
  6. Bake the breadsticks for about 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the breadsticks to cool slightly before recutting along the scored lines and serve with marinara or dipping sauce.
