Step-by-step Instructions
- Begin by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 black tea bags, letting them steep for about 3 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in honey to taste until fully dissolved. Set the tea aside to cool.
- While the tea cools, take a ripe mango and carefully slice it into chunks. Place the mango pieces into a blender along with 0.5 cup of water. Blend on high speed for approximately 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth puree.
- Next, take a fine-mesh sieve and place it over a bowl to strain the blended mango. Pour the mango puree into the sieve and gently press it down with a spatula to extract the juice.
- Grab your favorite tall glasses and fill them with ice cubes. Pour the cooled black tea into each glass until it fills about two-thirds full. Then drizzle the freshly made mango nectar over the tea.
- To garnish, slice additional mango pieces into thin wedges and place them on the rim or float them on top of the drink.

Notes
Brew stronger tea by steeping your tea for an extra minute to maintain flavor as the ice melts. For a creative twist, freeze mango juice into ice cubes.
