  • 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing For dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush the Flamin' Hot Cheetos in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb-like consistency.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, salt, and garlic powder; one with whisked eggs; and one with crushed Hot Cheetos.
  3. Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour mixture, then into the egg, then roll in the Cheeto crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Freeze the coated sticks on parchment paper for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Lightly spray coated sticks with cooking spray and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
