  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Mash for a smoother consistency or leave whole

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush approximately 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup of melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Whisk together 2 cups of milk with the chocolate pudding mix until thick and creamy, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ¼ cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and 1 cup of mashed raspberries.
  4. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, then layer the raspberry mixture and top with remaining chocolate pudding.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
