Preparation Steps
- Crush approximately 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup of melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Whisk together 2 cups of milk with the chocolate pudding mix until thick and creamy, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ¼ cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and 1 cup of mashed raspberries.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, then layer the raspberry mixture and top with remaining chocolate pudding.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
