  • 1 tbsp Salt Basic seasoning to enhance flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Basic seasoning to enhance flavor.
  • 2 cups Beef Broth Adds moisture and richness.
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Infuses umami depth.
  • 1 sprig Rosemary Fresh is preferred.
  • 1 tsp Thyme Dried works if fresh isn’t available.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Generously season the beef brisket with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté function, heating for about 5 minutes until 'Hot'.
  3. Add oil to the Instant Pot with minced garlic and diced onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Brown each side of the brisket for approximately 3 minutes, then set aside.
  5. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, and thyme to the pot; stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Return the brisket to the pot, ensuring it is submerged; secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 30 minutes before switching to venting.
  8. Remove the brisket, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain to serve.
