  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  2. Add steak into the marinade and ensure each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
