- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer, leaving space between pieces. Alternate for color and pack tightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Reserve half for serving.
- Brush each skewer with half of the prepared bang bang sauce to coat evenly for extra flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with reserved bang bang sauce before serving. Enjoy hot!
