Preparation
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and rub gently. Season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Place seasoned salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for 3 minutes.
- Flip the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the skin crisps and salmon flakes easily.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, stirring continuously. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice into the sauce. Mix well.
- Pour honey butter sauce over seared salmon fillets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Plate the salmon and garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and sesame seeds.

Notes
Let salmon rest for a few minutes after cooking to redistribute juices.
