  • 1 lb Ground Chicken or ground turkey
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned recommended
  • 1 large Eggs or flax egg for vegan
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For Topping
  • 1/4 cup Extra Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté diced onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Combine ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Transfer mixture into the greased baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
