- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 large diced onion and 2 diced bell peppers, sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Add 2 lbs of ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until the beef is browned.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and add 8 oz of softened cream cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Layer 8 oz of provolone cheese on top, followed by 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
