Preparation
- Process fresh strawberries in a blender until they become a fine powder, or use dried strawberry powder.
- In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry powder with the powdered sugar and whisk until blended.
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well. Melt until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the melted chocolate over your chosen cereal in a large bowl and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal to a large resealable bag, add the strawberry-sugar mixture, seal, and shake gently until coated.
- Spread the coated cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer the puppy chow into an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to a week.
