Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the fudge base ingredients in a double boiler over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows until well coated.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish and press remaining marshmallows on top.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  6. Remove from dish, cut into squares, and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
