Preparation Steps
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the fudge base ingredients in a double boiler over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows until well coated.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and press remaining marshmallows on top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from dish, cut into squares, and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
